Abby Leah Newhouse began her career in dentistry in 2008 and has spent years working across a range of roles, including hygiene coordination, treatment acceptance, public relations, and practice management. That hands-on experience provides a practical understanding of dental practice operations and how clear communication and strong systems are critical to smooth practice transitions. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Sam Houston State University, Abby serves in a dual role at Wingspan Transitions, leading operations, marketing and communications while also serving as one of the firm’s dental practice brokers. Transactions are led from start to finish, supporting seller representation by positioning practices effectively and maximizing value, while coordinating buyer communication, key stakeholders, and due diligence to keep each transaction organized and moving forward. Abby also works closely with Wingspan’s consulting clients, helping assess operational challenges, improve communication flow, and bring structure to key decisions.
